Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in crafting and packaging each piece of jewelry to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for more details on how we handle orders.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
  • As our jewelry is handmade, please allow additional time for intricate or custom designs.  You will be quoted a time frame for expected delivery for custom orders.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
    • Standard USPS Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • USPS Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: At this time we unfortunately do not offer standard International Shipping.  You may email me at info@greenhilljewelrystudio.com to inquire about potential International Shipping arrangements.

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Issues:

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
